Chocolate Chip Cookies

  Makes 15 cookies
 

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup low fat milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2.5 tablespoons honey

1 cup plain wholemeal flour

pinch of salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. Mix the wet ingredients together in a large bowl

  3. add the dry ingredients (minus the dark chocolate chips) to the wet mixture and combine. Try to avoid overmixing

  4. Stir through the dark chocolate chips

  5. Using 1 tablespoon measure out your cookies onto a lined baking dish

  6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes

  7. Leave on the tray for 10 minutes to cool
