Lamb & Feta Salad

  Serves 2
  1 head cos lettuce thinly sliced

1 avocado cubed

100g feta cubed

2 lamb leg steaks sliced

2 tablespoons dried oregano

½ teaspoon Hungarian Sweet Paprika

Salt & Pepper to taste


Salad dressing:

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt & Pepper to taste



  1. Place the sliced lamb leg steaks along with the oregano, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl and combine until seasoning covers lamb

  2. Heat a little extra virgin olive oil in a pan and cook lamb until cooked through

  3. Place aside to cool

  4. Place the sliced lettuce, avocado, feta and cooled lamb in a large bowl; and add your extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and toss until evenly combined
