Crispy Airfried Salmon with Beans & Potatoes

  Serves 2
 

350g green beans

470g baby white potatoes

½ small red onion 

2 cloves garlic

½ teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)

Extra virgin olive oil for cooking

Salt and pepper to taste



For the Salmon:

500g salmon fillets skin off

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1.5 teaspoon dill

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Salt and Pepper to taste




  1. Put a large pot of water to the boil

  2. Wash the potatoes and cut in half, making sure to leave the skin on and then set aside

  3. Wash the beans, remove the top and tail and then set aside

  4. Slice the red onion and garlic and set aside

  5. In a small bowl add the chopped parsley, dill, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and mix until combined

  6. Pour over the salmon until it’s covered all over with the marinade

  7. Once the pot of water has boiled add in the potatoes

  8. After 10 minutes add the beans

  9. After 5 minutes drain the beans and potatoes making sure to remove all liquid

  10. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees Celcius for 12 minutes

  11. In the same large pot heat up some extra virgin olive oil, and fry off the onion, garlic and chilli flakes

  12. Add in the beans and potatoes, salt and pepper and cook until combined

  13. Once everything is done, serve the salmon along with the beans and potatoes
